Introduction to Competition Flying

Introduction to Competition Flying (IFC) is a course geared solely towards teaching the basic skills required to compete in an aerobatic competition for those who have already obtained basic aerobatic training. This course blends in-depth classroom time with flight training to help you learn the skills required for your first aerobatic competition.

Classroom work covers energy management, reading Aresti figures, designing sequences, competition psychology, flying unknowns and more. You’ll learn to fly basic-sportsman level sequences as well has have an opportunity to design your own. This course is designed for someone getting ready for their first competition.
